13. Rider can put on and take off a raincoat while mounted at a stand
14. Rider can put on and take off a raincoat while standing in front of the horse maintaining control of the horse
15. While dismounted, rider can pick up a drag line, mount horse, and pull a 50+ lbs object for 100’
16. While mounted at a stand, rider can blow a whistle for three seconds and remain at a stand
17. Horse will back in a straight line for 10’ while mounted
